I’m Kate, a hypnotherapist and mindfulness teacher. I work with people who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional distress — often despite having insight into what’s going on.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and capable, yet still find that their body reacts in ways they can’t seem to control.

My work is gentle and body-based. Rather than trying to analyse or fix what’s happening, we work with the nervous system to help the body feel safe enough to settle.

From there, change tends to happen naturally.

What working together feels like

People often come to me feeling nervous about starting — unsure what to expect, or worried about losing control.

Hypnotherapy, as I practise it, is not about being made to do or say anything you don’t want to. You remain aware, in control, and able to stop or speak at any time.

Sessions move at your pace. We listen to what your body is communicating and work gently with the nervous system, rather than pushing through or forcing change.
